1. Refund Eligibility
NightSync offers a clear refund policy designed to provide users with peace of mind. You are eligible to request a refund if your request is submitted within the refund window described below and through the official support channel.
Refunds are not available for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service or for purchases made outside of authorized payment processors.
2. Refund Window
Customers may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests received after this window will not be eligible, regardless of usage status.
3. Request Procedure
To request a refund:

- Include your order ID, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for your request.
- Allow our support team to review and respond.
Important: All refund requests must be submitted through official support channels. Please contact support before opening a payment dispute with your bank or card provider, as this typically allows the fastest resolution.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days from approval. Funds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment processor or financial institution.
Charges may appear on your statement as WHOP* NIGHTSYNC or AMPLO PAY; refunds typically appear under the same descriptors.
